The Fermentation Quinzaine offers scientific, educational and cultural events. This year it is the bicentenary of the birth of Louis Pasteur that is being addressed from a scientific, technical and cultural perspective.
Presentation of Farm3 and exchanges with ENILBIO students at Ciné-Comté in Poligny
Farm3 was invited to Poligny to present our vertical farms installed in the Burgundy Franche-Comté region, in front of an audience of connoisseurs in agriculture and fermentations. We were also partners of ENILBIO, a school specialised in food, in Poligny. The students in BTS Bio-quality presented two innovative food products in partnership with Farm3: a yoghurt with purple basil from Farm3 and chocolates with common basil and lemon from Farm3.
