Global Foodture organized its eleventh workshop on the theme of "Taking urban agriculture to new heights".
Romain Schmitt, CEO of Farm3, was invited to take part in this workshop on September 21 as an expert in vertical farming. He opened the first masterclass on the theme of vertical farming solutions, then presented Farm3's role to two professors from Kobe University and 3 other speakers.
Global Foodture is a project designed to stimulate the sustainable transition of the global food system through collaboration and innovation. It develops and implements a joint internationalization strategy that facilitates access to countries outside Europe for European SMEs. With this approach, Global Foodture will contribute to strengthening participants' capacities to adapt to the challenges of food sustainability.
